What's included

Hand removal of leaves, needles, and debris from accessible gutter runs.
Downspout check — we confirm water can actually flow, and clear simple clogs.
Ground cleanup — debris bagged, not blown into your beds or lawn.
Photo notes — if we spot loose hangers, rust, or a section that needs repair, you get a photo and a straight answer, not a surprise invoice.

Pricing

$199 standalone for a typical single-story ranch. Two-story or heavily treed homes are quoted by text after we see the address — usually within 15 minutes. $129 when booked with any holiday light package, because we're already up there.

Moss removal is quoted after we look at your roof. It's maintenance, not a repair — if you have damage, we'll tell you and point you to a roofer rather than pretend a wash fixes it.

Why fall is the right time

Once the winter rain settles in, gutters overflow — often at the seams and behind the fascia, where you can't see it until paint starts peeling or a board goes soft. Cleaning before the first sustained rain is the cheap version of that problem.

And if you're booking lights anyway, bundling is a no-brainer: same trip, same ladder, one invoice.

Gutter questions

Do you clean two-story gutters?

Usually, yes — one of us has years of roof and exterior experience and works at height regularly. Text a photo of the house and we'll confirm.

What about gutter guards?

We clean around existing guards where we can. If yours are damaged or poorly fitted, we'll tell you what we see rather than forcing it.

Is moss removal the same as roof cleaning?

No. We quote moss removal after looking at the roof. Full roof washing or heavy moss removal that requires walking and scraping is a different scope — we'll refer you honestly if that's what your roof needs.
